Profile

This year Dr. Bruce Moore is celebrating his 30th year as a Veterinary Doctor.

Dr. Bruce Moore
In 1999 Dr. Moore purchased the Warnbro Veterinary Hospital, after 25 years operating the Mosman Park Veterinary Hospital. He is widely respected in the veterinary industry as an excellent Doctor and Surgeon, as well as for his compassion for animals.

Dr. Moore and his wife Debbie have 5 children; 1 daughter and 4 sons. The whole family are actively involved in the veterinary hospital. Veterinarian medicine is defiantly in blood; Dr. Moore comes from a family of Vets, with both his sister Dr. Elizabeth Colvin and niece Dr. Donna Colvin both being successful Veterinarians. Dr. Moore’s daughter Beth is currently studying Veterinary Science at Murdoch University and hopes to join the team when she graduates.

Dr. Moore has also greatly contributed to his community in animal welfare, animal rescue and wildlife care. He also served the Mosman Park community as a Councillor from 1986 to 1988 and Mayor from 1988 to 2006. In 2006 Dr. Moore was awarded the Freemen of the Town of Mosman Park.

Dr. Marion Dixon
Dr. Marion Dixon established the hospital in 1981 and still works there to this day.

The hospital is conveniently situated in the heart of Rockingham and emergencies are able to be attended to in record time, with Dr. Moore and his family living in the local area.
